According to the California Standards & Benchmarks that #SISPhysEd uses, students are to engage in Moderate to Vigorous Activity AT LEAST 4 Days a Week (Standard 2.1). According to the CDC kids from ages 6-17 should be getting 60 minutes of activity in per day, this is where the magical number 240 comes into play. How is this assessed, great question, check this!
