I give you Taylor Mali. An inspirational poet that performs to the hearts of students, on the passion of teachers and incorporates the value of comedy. All of my eighth grade health students have seen this video in class, I have sent it to all my new teaching colleagues at Hershey Christian School and it reiterates my thoughts on a physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually healthy person!
