Looking for some CASH to get you into that next race we have been talking about?

I have always been a big fan of Chocolate Milk after a work out. It is packed with the right combination of protein and carbohydrates! These two nutrients are a one, two punch making sure your body can recover, recharge and grow! I sometimes put a little bit of extra protein in a 12-16 oz jug of chocolate milk, but to each their own. Regardless, the research promoting the intake of chocolate milk and the benefits you gain from it after a work out are out there and growing. Don't take my word for it. Have a gander at REFUEL with Chocolate Milk.

Now, on to the money. They are looking for people like YOU to sponsor. Say you need a couple of extra bucks for that race you were thinking of doing. Maybe your team needs a pit of and entrance money into that next tournament. If you turn to CHOCOLATE MILK instead of that "other stuff" for your post workout drink, you might just raise that money faster than you'd hoped! Have a GO, remember, "YOU NEVER GET WHAT YOU DON'T ASK FOR!"

Reflection, such a key concept to allow progress and development. Today I was given the opportunity to have a bit of a "post-interview" with my college professor. The topics ranged from personal history to essential characteristics of a managed classroom and so much more. I enjoyed the fact that I was able to speak to a new class of method students that are embarking on their final years of education before being turned over to the real world. As I look back on my experience there are moments that rise to the surface of all the things going on in my head, that I could smile about, laugh about and learn from; all of those moments together made me the successful teacher I am today and will continue to make me want to strive for even higher success in the future! My graduating cohort was a great group of individuals that came together as a team and supported each other throughout the trying times of a young teaching candidate. Our common them was "From Good to Great!" In the following posts I have topics I would like to write about regarding those specific memories and more!

Thank you Jane for your time and I wish the best to the next methods class and Physical Educators of the future; I enjoyed meeting you all. The weekend can't come soon enough and I will find some time to write my thoughts I was talking about!
